Join us at Pikes Peak Community College on February 26th for an ACF Meeting as well as some Dueling Knives!
The Dueling Knives will Feature Chefs Bill Thompson, Corey King, Mo Montgomery and Tyler Peoples. Each Chef will be assigned a couple culinary students and will plate up 3 courses. Pikes Peak Provisions will be sponsoring some mystery ingredients.
The meeting will start at 3:00 with the Dueling Knives beginning around 3:45-4:00. This will be a great networking and meet our culinary student day! The meeting will be held in the PPCC kitchen on the Centennial Campus in the Breckenridge Building, 5675 S. Academy BLVD.
