Join the ACF Pikes Peak Chapter for an inside look at the culinary operation that fuels Olympic athletes!
Chef Nick Lachman, CEC, will welcome us for food samples in the Rotunda dining hall and tours of the main kitchen and Sports Performance test kitchen. Learn how his team supports athletes’ individual nutritional needs during training and how he coordinates foodservice at the Olympic Games.
Attendance is free for members and nonmembers. Advance registration is required. Your name must be on the attendee list for admission through the guard gate on Union Avenue. Give your name to the guard and follow the event parking map to the designated parking area.
